Songar 7.62, Developed with Sarsılmaz Silah Sanayi, Completed Its First Tests

The first test firing of the SONGAR 7.62 mm gun ammunition version, developed in cooperation with Sarsılmaz and Asisguard, was successfully completed.

SAR 15T, a domestic infantry rifle with a caliber of 7.62x39 mm, was integrated into the locally armed drone SONGAR.

For the first time, a weapon of this caliber was installed in SONGAR, where 5.56x45 mm caliber rifles were previously integrated.

The firing range of 5.56x45 mm rifles is 100 meters and will be increased to 400 meters with SAR 15T. Thus, the possibility of the drone being shot by the enemy will be minimized.
